Services

Here are just some of the services we can provide and likely costs:

    • Office visits to Commercial Clients' premises and home visits to personal clients' homes can be arranged (Please note that currently only visits to commercial client's premises are available and no home visits are being made until further notice) . This will be at an extra cost.

    • Prepare and/or attest Powers of Attorneys and Wills for individuals, both for the United Kingdom and overseas. Prepare and register Lasting Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian.

SAMPLE FEES :

The approximate cost of making and registering one Lasting Power of Attorney is £750.00 including VAT and OPG fees of £82.00. If both Financial and Welfare LPA's are required, the approximate fees are £1,250.00 including VAT and OPG fees of £164.00.

The approximate fees for simple mirror wills for a couple are £240.00 including VAT. An equivalent fee for an individual Will is £180.00 including VAT. If there are several assets and the Wills are complicated and/or requiring advice on trusts and IHT, the fees will be charge at £250.00 plus VAT per hour.

    • Administer oaths (affidavits) and declarations for use overseas.

    • Notarise company and commercial documents such as Company House Documents, Certificates of Good Standing, Resolutions, Powers of Attorney, Agreements and any other documents for overseas use that require the services of a Notary Public. We can attend your offices to notarise the documents. The fees will depend on the nature and number of documents, the country in which the document are to be used (this is because the legalisation requirements and procedures vary between countries), and whether the client is attending my office or I am attending client's office.

    • Administer the estates of the deceased persons. On the death of a loved one, the loss can be devastating and very stressful for the family. The last thing that you want , and need, is having to deal with all the paperwork associated with administering the estate and making an application to the Probate Registry. We can deal with the administration of the estate, from speaking to you, collecting details of the assets and liabilities, preparing and making an application to the Probate Registry, completing the necessary tax forms, collecting the assets and distributing the estate. We can do all this at very competitive fees. If you want us to just make an application to the Probate Registry but deal with the collection of the assets and their distribution personally, we can just make the application for you.
